What Inspired Sunset to Sunrise?


This album was born out of a need to redefine my relationship not only with sleep, but with myself. I was stressed out, overworked and in front of a screen for the majority of the day. I would wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to bed. I was constantly tired and knew I needed a change.

So my journey began.


I knew that getting deep sleep would allow my body and mind to recharge, leaving me refreshed and alert when I woke up.


I started tapping into my experience with sound healing and experimented with tones and frequencies that would help me sleep. What resulted was this beautiful album. I created my own medicine and I’m so excited to share it with you.
